Felicity Jones is a British actress best known for the role of Jane Hawking. She played her role in The Theory of Everything, the film that received acclaim from critics. Jones has been acting since when she was 12 years old and has worked in multiple productions and TV shows. Her first role was in the TV film The Treasure Seekers. In the following film, The Worst Witch (a television series) in which she was Ethel Hallow. The sequel Weirdsisters college was also filmed. In her film debut Flashbacks of a Fool she was Young Ruth and went on to feature in several movies. Her acting career gained her fame through films like The Invisible Woman, and The Amazing Spider-Man. It was however her character on The Theory of Everything' which earned her an Oscar nomination for the very first time. Jones was Stephen Hawking's second wife in the biopic, earned lots of praise from critics and viewers for the way she depicted her. Inferno is an action film starring Tom Hanks. In 2016, the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles selected Jones for the position of British Artist of The Year for her talent and contributions to the cinema.
